24-HOUR ASSISTANCE
The company provides two cel-phone numbers to clients upon their arrival in Mendoza in the case that they require any assistance out of office hours. These cel phones are manned 24 hours a day by English-speakers.

We have three full-time bi-linugal staff members in our offices in Mendoza 1) Logistics/operations 2)enquiries support 3) Administration. And a Special Division (Wedding Planning assistance).
