The estancia we have choosen has belonged to the
Palma family for more than 200 years. As guests of the family you will be greeted and hosted throughout the whole day by the owners themselves.
Upon your arrvial you will be met with a traditional Argentine breakfast of Maté and tortitas, a kind of fried dough, marmalades and home made bread, sweet pastries, jam and fruit pies.

The meals and snacks included throughout the day have the flavor which reflect the owners responsibilty and love for gastronomy.
The menu includes home made, domestic cooking and typical Mendoza dishes, together with international recipes. Besides the traditional Argentine barbecue with a variety of salads and regional desserts, we will also can taste salty pastries, meat or hen stew or vegetables cooked on an iron disc, which were harvested in the same field.
This Estancia is a natural reserve for Guanacos, condors and trout.
