Our Horseback activities take place in the Cordillera Frontal passing by Potrerillos Dam and the small valley of El Salto.
Half-day programmes will take you to
explore the breathtaking surrounding countryside

n tame horses, at
3,000 meters above sea level.
From your saddle en route you will enjoy wonderful views of Potrerillos Dam and the Cordon del Plata Mountain range; unique in its formation with mountains reaching
5,000 meters high! The whole area (Alto Potrerillos) is charactersied by its micro-climate which will entice you to relax and soak up the mountain air. We recommend combining this programme with rafting or trekking in the morning.
Full-day programmes
take place at Estancia
La Alejandra, in the stunning area of Las Carreras. After Coffee or/and traditional Argentine maté and tortitas your guide gives you the necessary background
to introduce you into the traditions of our countrymen and their wild, barely inhabited environment for a “gaucho” (Argentinean cowboys) experience. During the ride the spectacular and fascinating landscape combines extensive fields and wild animals such as guanacos and mighty condors soaring overhead. On arrival back at the Estancia after your ride you are welcomed by a traditional Argentine “asado” (BBQ) complemented by salad and wine.
Return to Hotel 7pm.
