Your host picks you up at 9.30am to take a one-hour private flight over the vineyards and the nearby Andes mountains.  This serves as an excellent introduction to the area, allowing you to see first hand the lie of the land, the location of the different wine growing regions, their proximity to the mountains and the extensive irrigation system required.  You fly over the Pre-Cordillera and the scenic Potrellios dam, within sight of the snow-capped Cordon de Plata mountain range.  The flight ends with an overview of the city itself before landing at the affluent suburb of Chacras de Coria.  After the flight we will visit winery CARLOS PULENTA, a sleek, ultra-modern winerywith a stunning view.  We enjoy a gourmet lunch in their restaurante LA BOURGOGNE (recently voted best winery restaurant in the World).  Return to your hotel 5pm.
