Dolium
Dolium is a Latin term for wine vessel stored underground to keep cool. The bodega follows this concept by being entirely underground except for the reception area and offices. Built by engineer Mario Giadorou, the winery is now in the very capable hands of his son Ricardo. Dolium produces a classic Malbec and an understated Chardonnay and there oak-aged Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is one of Argentina`s most elegant. Paul Hobbs makes his famous brand here, also known as Cobos (Bramare is a second label).
